Tullum Rosso Riserva DOCG
Wines rooted in the foundations of history since Roman times and in the heart of the territory, consecrated by the DOCG Tullum. Wines that have built their essence by delving into the soil, breathing the microclimate and listening to the echo of past tradition, to achieve unquestionable quality.
Maturation: After the end of fermentation, partial maturation in wood and subsequent 18 months in vitrified cement tank.
Vinification: Long maceration of the skins at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks with an interspace. Complete malolactic fermentation.
Colour: Intense ruby red with a slightly garnet rim.
Aromas: On the nose, red cherry and black cherry, bramble, liquorice, violet, tobacco and leather. Delicate secondary aromas of toast, vanilla and spices derived from maturation in French oak barrels.
Taste: In the mouth, fresh and bright acidity, solid but soft and slightly grainy tannins. Medium body with a persistent finish.
Pairings: Perfect with meat-based preparations. Excellent with rare fillet.
